What I like most about BotCity is the freedom it gives to developers. Unlike other rigid platforms, here I can use Python with full control, taking advantage of any library I need. This makes development much more flexible and powerful. On top of that, the bot performance is excellent — I’ve seen tasks that used to take a long time run much faster, which directly impacts project efficiency and reduces costs. Their orchestration platform, BotCity Maestro, also makes it really easy to manage and monitor processes. And their support, combined with an active community and free learning resources, shows they genuinely care about user success. One thing I still find challenging with BotCity is that the DataPool doesn’t have a feature to delete items in bulk all at once. When I need to clear multiple records, I have to delete them one by one, which makes the process slow and tedious. BotCity solves the limitation that many low-code tools impose by allowing me to write code freely in Python and make the exact adjustments I need, without being restricted to predefined flows or limited features. This provides much more flexibility to create customized and efficient automations. Additionally, the platform helps reduce licensing costs since it’s more affordable than many traditional solutions, making the investment more cost-effective for my company.
