Initially, we looked for ready-made solutions that turned out to be expensive and couldn't achieve the goal in the way we wanted. At a certain point, almost considering doubling the team to scale the activities, I came across BotCity. After two conversations, they already had a plan on how to set it up and the cost it would entail. An 18-hour activity was reduced to less than a minute and cost less than a person for the team. In a short time, the solution was implemented and I have been using it since 2020. **What do you dislike about BotCity?** Some solutions could have customizations made by the client themselves, some simpler things wouldn't necessarily need to use support, certain details we end up overlooking because we don't have time to open a change request. **What problems is BotCity solving and how is that benefiting you?** They transform PDFs into HTML pages.
