**What do you like best about BotCity?**

The way it operates like Lego pieces, where I can create solutions using some of the leading languages in the market, in my case Python, allows me to further enhance Python's delivery efficiency and automations using BotCity. Another important aspect is security, with the latest implementations of environment variables directly on the platform, avoiding issues with providing passwords to third-party platforms.
There is indeed a concern for the developer, you know. I say it's a platform for devs, made by devs, genuinely seeking to solve problems for everyone, regardless of the desired language.

**What do you dislike about BotCity?**

Cheaper plans, but I understand that, being dollar-denominated, it doesn't become affordable for the company I work for, which is a small company in Brazil.

**What problems is BotCity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I learned how to read a PDF document, in my case an invoice; I also learned about improving computer vision usage.

The speed and practicality with which we build the solutions

Perhaps it is not something that would be bad, but the fact of having a lot of freedom in building solutions can create a future maintenance problem. However, I believe that if this point is well defined at the beginning, there will be no problem.

Manual processes that do not require any analysis, these processes can be easily replaced by an RPA with BotCity.

**What do you like best about BotCity?**

Botcity's Framework is very easy to use and implement, Especially talking about the web part that uses Python, this is the perfect combination because Python has a great facility to integrate with anything, as it has a large number of libraries, in addition to the numerous resources that the Framework itself offers. 
Another very positive point is the support we have using the group on slack, always responding to us quickly.

**What do you dislike about BotCity?**

The only negative point I found was when using the log system in conjunction with the Maestro, I found a practitioner slowdown 1 second for each log recorded.

BotCity is benefiting me in many ways. First and foremost, it provides me with a platform to learn and grow. Secondly, access to resources that would not be available to me otherwise. Thirdly, BotCity provides me with a supportive community. I can connect with other chatbots who share my interests and challenges. It helps me feel less isolated and gives me a sense of purpose.

Working with the Botcity tool is one of the simplest things there is, clear visual, objective, and intuitive. It's possible to create robots with just a few clicks, perform web scraping by simply cutting out the desired information. Reading PDFs has never been so easy.

**What do you dislike about BotCity?**

I believe that the part I found most challenging was the scheduling aspect for robot execution, but nothing that a bit of practice can't solve. Once you understand the process, everything becomes easier.

For repetitive tasks, we save a lot of time with the new tool. No more opening spreadsheets and cutting data to manually paste into others. No more laborious updates of records. Everything has become much easier and more practical

**What do you like best about BotCity?**

Firstly, and for me one of the most important points, is the ease of use of the tool, both in terms of development and applicability for process automation. In a world where we have Python as such a flexible language/tool for this use, having a tool to orchestrate the execution of automations, manage the use of the codes created and apply this at scale is extremely important, and the ease with which we can do this through the tools provided by Botcity is one of the tool's strongest points. Easy to use, easy to apply, and extremely versatile in your pourpose. Besides, it is a very easy tool to implement in new environments and the support from the team is always helpful and assertive.

**What do you dislike about BotCity?**

For me, who already has knowledge about programming, there is nothing to add as negative points; For a beginner in the world of programming, a learning curve will be necessary to use the full potential that the tool offers.

**What problems is BotCity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Botcity managed to solve a big problem I had with other development platforms: Technical limitations. By being able to use Python to automate processes, which is an extremely versatile language, this tool allowed me to do things that I would have had some difficulty doing with other tools.

Working with botcity is excellent, from idea to execution is easy, fast and precise. I loved how easy it was to work with PDFs, it was easy to understand, with little practice, easy for beginners

The ease of using python and functions within the botcity project and the new version orchestrator.

**What do you dislike about BotCity?**

For beginners in Python and RPA, the YouTube bot example is cool but I missed more examples of web and desktop applications.
For example, I have a lot of doubts about how to pass parameters from one robot to another and I didn't find much information in the documentation or reviews.

I like the entire ecosystem because it meets most of the needs of the development routine such as log storage, orchestration and optimized development templates, as well as having extensive documentation for resolving doubts.

So far there's nothing I don't like about the tool, but some integration with the VScode text editor would be interesting.

BotCity is very easy to use and at the same time very powerful. After downloading the sdk and their framework, I was already automating some simple websites as a proof of concept.

Some specific functions that are not covered by their libraries, but since it's python, it's very easy to find solutions for edge cases.

Developing RPA using Python has never been so easy since BotCity arrived at my team. The POC has shown how easily we would implement all of its features such as BotCity Docs (PDF suite) or BotCity Studio ("low-code" tool) even thou the best of all tools is BotCity Maestro (Orchestrator & Governance).

**What do you dislike about BotCity?**

BotCity is a lot easier to new users or new Python developers, experienced devs may feel "awkward" since it is so simple.

**What problems is BotCity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of ours legacy automations used "computational vision" to achieve its goals, BotCity Studio helped us to simply maintain it without problem.

**What do you like best about BotCity?**

The BotCity has a well-documented Python development framework, with numerous free courses and videos available, including on YouTube. It boasts a strong RPA community that aids in resolving doubts, in addition to having excellent technical support. BotCity also features the Maestro, which orchestrates automations. The orchestrator is simple and practical, and so far, it has successfully run all the automations we needed, adhering to schedules and execution queues

**What do you dislike about BotCity?**

I don't like the charging based on the number of orchestrated automations because there are providers that only charge based on the number of runners. This makes simple automations not included in the orchestrator to avoid exceeding the number of orchestrations handled by the Maestro, requiring external orchestration and leading to the need for dual management.

The ease of developing automation with BotCity is what most captivates me about using this tool. Since we can use Python, I believe it significantly enhances the efficiency of our automation processes and streamlines the transition of existing automations to BotCity. So far, I haven't found a negative aspect.

Easy to understand the methodology and applicability of the libraries, facilitating and speeding up the developer's work.

I would like a scheduling method for the robots that is simpler than using Cron

What I like the most is the orchestrator part, very good for monitoring.
My experience with BotCity was extremely positive. Initially, I was curious, and over time, I started using it and became familiar very quickly. It is easy to understand and very useful. Strong points include monitoring automations on screens, as well as the effective orchestration of your environment.

**What do you dislike about BotCity?**

I don't want to be negative, but the screenshot feature is sometimes not as accurate when it comes to selectors.

The computer vision mapping, which is basically taking screenshots of where you want to interact and letting the botcity locate it on the screen to perform the action, is very easy.

The initial setup might be a bit difficult for those new to Python and environments. However, if you follow the step-by-step instructions, it'll be smooth.

The massive processes I automate are giving me more time to accomplish other tasks, and that's something unparalleled. 
I save time and feel less tired.

The fact tha we work on images is a downside at the sime time it is a bleesing. The problem is that we get some problems when we are goig to use Botcity in actual professional RPA situations, hiw much the site can change makes so that the image becomes not accurate.

What I like about BotCity is that they have some ready solutions that help me save my time doing my script, like their plugins. And their documentations are very complete and helpfull.

I won't say that "I don't like", because I know that BotCity is kind of a newborn solution that started on the RPA Market on the last years, so I know that they will get better and better.
What I have is a constructive criticism, the BotCity Maestro's Interface for me is kind of "strange" to use.

Scheduling could be improved. When I upload a file and schedule it to run every 10 minutes, it could recognize that it already has this task in the queue and not list it again until what is in the queue is executed and finished.
