BotBrasil is a WhatsApp and Instagram bot with AI and a built-in CRM for small and medium-sized businesses in Brazil. On the connected channels it answers customers according to the training and rules the business approves, books and confirms appointments, follows up with leads who stopped replying, and logs every conversation in the CRM with history, source and next step. When a question needs a human decision, it hands the conversation to the team. There are versions for niches such as clinics, salons, auto repair shops and real estate. Onboarding is guided by the BotBrasil team. Interface and support in Brazilian Portuguese.
