BotCircuits is an agentic AI platform for building and deploying AI agents that handle customer interactions and deliver personalised, concierge-style experiences at scale. It serves industries including banking, insurance, travel and hospitality, retail, and healthcare. CX Agents are configured through Console, a built-in interface that accepts natural language instructions to generate agent behaviour, workflows, and personas. The platform provides skills, playbooks, and multi-step workflows for structuring agent logic, with deployment across channels including web chat, WhatsApp, voice, and mobile. A built-in simulator supports testing before deployment, and live conversation monitoring allows supervisors to review sessions and intervene when needed. Analytics cover containment, resolution, escalation, and sentiment.
