It doesn't support saas/web platform. Documentation wise its good but it doesn't have extensive webinars and online videos available like with others like Azure IOT. Its customer support is limited to business hours and not 24/7 like we do have in some others. There is nothing as dislike in this Suite, however having periodic checks on marker requirements and bug fixes and enhancements can be done to be really a show stealer.
