What do you like best about Borderless AI?

As an HR Manager, working with Borderless AI has been a great solution for our global hiring process. Their self-service platform is one of the best I’ve used and very user-friendly. Adding new hires is seamless and efficient, making onboarding smooth for both our team and our international employees.

What truly sets Borderless AI apart is their exceptional customer service. Their response times are impressively quick, and the support team is always knowledgeable, friendly, and proactive. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed guidance, we’ve received clear and helpful responses within a very short timeframe, and they also are always available to hop on a call.

I also want to highlight their leadership team, which is clearly committed to innovation and customer satisfaction. It’s evident in the way the leadership team listens to feedback and tries to continually improve.

What do you like best about Borderless AI?

Payslip is always on time, only once they have an error with the payslip but they resolved it immediately. App is very user friendly and easy to use. Both for the web version and mobile version. Not once have I experience any difficulty on it and its a very big factor for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
