Borderless AI made joining incredibly easy. Even before I started, Will and his team walked me through everything on Zoom, making onboarding stress-free. The platform feels intuitive and most importantly, keeps all my details and documents about my employment in one place. What really sticks out for me is how helpful their team is. Whenever I've had a question or wasn't sure about something or something seemed a bit off, they've got back to me fast and explained everything clearly. For example, the first time I had to submit my work hours, I couldn’t figure out how to submit them properly, in the correct format, and they walked me through it step by step. I still had issues after that, so they asked me to send them my hours, and they uploaded for me. It’s quite rare you work with people who actually care enough to make everything easier for you. Only small limitation that I’ve noticed is that the mobile app doesn’t allow me to see all my documents, but even that is really minor compared to the overall experience, as I can access all my docs from the web interface. I work for an overseas company, and Borderless AI takes care of all the tricky stuff, such as taxes, local rules, and paperwork, so I don’t have to.
