Support is a huge issue. It's horrific, taking weeks to get responses and dealing with team members who don't know what they're doing. The management seems nonexistent, and they've even lied to us multiple times about employees. They've made mistakes with payroll and bonuses. The overall experience is atrocious. They don't respond to emails, have no phone support, and when they do get back, the information is often wrong. There's no accountability or leadership. What you've described — slow response times, incorrect information, and errors with payroll and bonuses — falls far short of the standard you should be able to expect from us, especially on something as critical as paying your team. Payroll accuracy and responsive support are exactly where we need to be excellent, and we're making changes to get there — including how quickly issues are escalated and who's accountable for them. The setup was quite straightforward, which I appreciate. It feels good having someone to talk to during the challenging employment or hiring process when usually people are not very responsive.
