Such granular reporting is requested from our Sales Org; at the moment, I am exporting raw data to google sheets to perform this manually. Also, I do not have all of the fields (this may be Cloudflare-specific) to edit within BoostUp. For instance, I cannot change 'stage name' field. It would be neat to have this capability as it will save me time having to update opportunities directly within Salesforce. I can see my whole pipeline, it helps me understand risk and the quality of notes, meetings and understanding I have on a deal before I forecast. The live sync with SFDC has made even note-taking quite a bit easier. We also use it to guide our forecasting meetings and I find it super useful to have the visual. I like having the ability to live to edit my forecast number. In previous systems, my forecast number was attached directly to the open quote and sometimes the deal can fluctuate as negotiations progress. It's nice to be able to flexibly change that number. **What do you dislike about Terret.ai?** Some of the UI is hard to navigate. Some options don't look like you can select, which are super useful. For example, we'd like to update MEDPIC from BoostUp, but the icon is nearly hidden on the screen. I don't find the activity metrics very useful, a number of emails sent, and contacts created doesn't give me a great sense of the quality of my pipeline. **What problems is Terret.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** BoostUp is helping us have more transparent, collaborative conversations about forecasting. Its ability to measure risk, and identify blindspots in our deals are really useful. Getting more into reporting and pipeline acceleration analytics would be beneficial for me. I can see the value in showing how my pipeline is evolving and tracking toward my goal. I use this infrequently now but intend to grow into it.
