I love the easy integration to SFDC. BoostUp is my go-to every morning to review our forecast and I can make updates that easily sync to SFDC, I can review team notes, and get a great clean view of the current quarter forecast as well as future quarters. I also love how I can quickly and easily review previous quarters. Integrations with other tools also allow me to quickly see engagement between our team and the client. I personally had a bit of a learning curve in navigating the tool and setting my filters for the views I wanted. I also do not think I'm leveraging all of the features enough. Knowing the forecast of all teams in a region is easy to navigate and the powerful insights it provides gives a clear understanding about the deal closing probability. I feel that the search feature is very unflexible (a comma, blank or parenthesis out of order) causes it to return no results.

Having everything centralized in one place is incredibly valuable. As a salesperson, it saves me both time and effort, allowing me to work more efficiently. Certain forecasting options are not as accurate as we would hope, which unfortunately results in additional effort on our end. These limitations mean that we often need to invest extra time in manually adjusting or verifying data to achieve a reliable forecast. This added layer of work can disrupt workflow efficiency and delay strategic planning processes, especially when accuracy is critical. As a result, these forecasting tools sometimes fall short of our needs, prompting us to explore ways to enhance precision and streamline the process moving forward. I like that Boostup keeps all opportunities in an organized (and easy to manipulate) dashboard. This allows me to keep track of deals and keep up to date on status. I also appreciate that it's collaborative so that I can have check-ins with leadership without having to provide extra details and back and forth since everything is in Boostup. I wish there were more robust in-line editing fields that could pipe back into Salesforce. Would be nice to make updates in Bostup reports such as Stage and ACV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is very easy to use and has a great integrations with Salesforce. I can have a wholistic view of my opportiunities when in BoostUp and can easily update opps from one centralized location. I wish their was more characters given for the notes section currently my environment only allows for 150 characters which sometimes preventing me from giving a fully detailed update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a strategic SaaS seller, Boostup.ai gives me INSTANT insight into my pipeline. Any potential RISK is pointed out at a glance which has really helped me use my time more effectively and challenged me to be more proactive with my deals and next steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every time we have found a gap in the technology or a bug it has been quickly resolved by the awesome product team so I can't think of anything that I dislike besides some small nitpicky UI or small Salesforce synchronization bugs. A couple of examples:
- The forecast submission UI could be larger and easier to add details. There is only a small text window that can't be resized with limited formatting capabilities.
- Sometimes renewal opportunities are pulled into my pipeline. Other times the synchronization between Salesforce and Boostup.ai requires logging out and logging back in for changes to take effect in the dash. This is increasingly rare and the Boostup.ai team has worked tirelessly to resolve small bugs like this super quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love using Boost up. It has some amazing native features that make working with it so simple. It's abilioty to customise your views for your organistaion is a game changer though. I feel like there is not one issue that we haven't been able to fully solve. A stand out is RevBI. I love having the ability to create dashboards in the tool itself. I would love to see more articles/ user viedos on their website. or even courses that users can take to become familiar with the tool. The support team is amazing and always quick to repsond and help out. I just personally love having videos on the internet to fall back on. I love that Boost Up allows me to organize my accounts by renewal period and track all of the necessary forecasting metrics. I don't like that when the "customer likely to" field is adjusted, it will error out unless you immediately scroll to the right and add a comment. It would be a more efficient process if the tool automatically prompted to you leave notes in the same step as changing that field and have it auto-populate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With their recent UI overhaul, I have really enjoyed the layout changes and overall look and feel to the platform. Coming from other competitors, this was definitely a great experience knowing that forecasting is easy, tracking progress and renewals are easy as well as new business accounts + rollup. I love the added level of detail that you can include with boostup knowing how well it integrates with major conversation intelligence products like Call AI. Very clean design overall makes it a breeze to utilize almost daily.
Love how easy it is to have one place in order to update my accounts and forecast without having to switch back and forth in SFDC. Depending on how it is set up, however, you can run into snags, but for basic edits and date changes, etc. it has been an amazing tool for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you first log into BoostUp for the first time, it can be pretty overwhelming coming from other simple forecasting tools. For the longest time there were some challenges with UI and UX, but those are mostly fixed now. It's still not widely known it feels like which is something I wish more people knew about.
The only other complaint that I have is around dashboard level information. When logging into competing products, it feels like I can gather and assess a lot of information about the account rather quickly which I would love to see additional templates and or functionality built in would be great.
