"Powerful automation hub that makes complex workflows manageable"
4/5
What do you like best about Boost.space?

After using Boost.space for several months, it's become an indispensable part of our business operations. The webhook functionality has been rock-solid for sending data between our various systems, and the Notion synchronization is honestly a game-changer. We're syncing notes, todos, and keeping everything organized across Notion, Google Calendar, and Dropbox/Google Drive seamlessly.

What really stands out is how it handles data gathering and organization — we're even using it for web scraping tasks that feed directly into our workflows. The automation runs smoothly in the background, and the reliability has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

I can't point to any major issues, there's always room for improvement. Once you understand the logic of how things connect, it all makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Data Centralization and Workflow Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Boost.space?

It has revolutionized the way our team handles data integration and workflow automation. By consolidating data from over 6 applications into a single, centralized hub, it has eliminated the chaos of scattered information across multiple platforms. The intuitive interface and no-code environment made the initial setup straightforward, allowing us to quickly streamline our operations in our agency.

One of the standout features is its seamless integration with Make.com, enabling us to automate complex processes effortlessly. Additionally, the built-in AI capabilities for data cleaning and enrichment have significantly enhanced our data quality, leading to more informed decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

There is a quite a learning curve associated with unlocking the platform's full potential, the comprehensive documentation and responsive support team have been invaluable resources, but for someone who is just starting out will get overwhelm very easilyoverwhelmed very easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A True Game-Changer for Centralizing and Syncing Business Data Across Tools"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Boost.space finally solves what every scaling business struggles with: syncing data across dozens of tools without losing context, control, or sanity. We use it to centralize everything from leads and customer data to tasks and inventory. Unlike Zapier or Make alone, Boost.space provides a full command center — not just one-off automations. Their two-way sync ensures updates flow cleanly across platforms. The modular setup means we could create a custom internal CRM, sync it with our existing tools, and still maintain full visibility across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

The platform is powerful but comes with a slight learning curve, especially for teams that aren’t used to building modular systems or managing data mapping. Documentation could be deeper for advanced use cases, but their support team is responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Small Business owners Perspective"
5/5
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Boost.space’s ability to centralize data from over thousands of tools is a game-changer. I use a mix of platforms—ActiveCampaign for email marketing, Shopify for e-commerce, Google Workspace for collaboration—and before Boost.space, keeping everything in sync was a bit of a pain. Now, all my data flows into one unified database, giving me a single source for customers, orders, and inventory. It’s like having a control panel for my entire business.

The automation features are fantastic. Boost.space offers over pre-made Appflows, which are essentially plug-and-play automations. For example, I set up a workflow that automatically updates my CRM when a new order comes in, adds the customer to my email list if they’re not already there, and sends a personalized thank-you email. Setting this up took minutes, and it runs flawlessly in the background, saving me hours each week.

AI-driven insights are where Boost.space really shines for me. The platform makes it easy to get actionable reports on things like customer purchasing patterns or sales performance. For instance, it flagged that customers who bought one of my products were likely to purchase a related item, so I created a bundled offer that increased my average order value by 15%. These insights feel like having a strategic advisor built into the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

The user interface, while powerful, can feel cluttered, especially when you’re first getting started. It took me a little while to fully navigate the platform’s features, and even now, I sometimes find myself digging through menus to locate specific settings. "The missing link"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boost.space?

I have used & tried zapier, piesync (gobbled up by Hubspot) syncspider, activepieces, suretriggers (now ottokit) and more. While each have their strong suits, the ones that stood out to me enabled two way sync... but it became clear that two-way sync could become problematic rather quickly if there wasn't a database tied to it. And no, GSheets isn't the ideal answer.

Enter boost.space. They got this from the get-go; you can tell by how the product was designed. You connect your data sources, decide how to enrich your data then figure out where you need to "share" your data from there. - LOVE the "flow" overview!)

Its slick design, tightly integrated rebranded Make.com "Integrator", and extensive documentation make it a pleasure to use.

Customer support has been helpful and the AI bot in particular has solved things for me, yet a human always follows up to be sure I've gotten things sorted. More and more of my business will be tied into this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

Make no mistake, if automation isn't your world, there is going to be a learning curve! Schedule some time to think strategically about how best to set it up for your needs. Use AI judiciously and test often or else you may see yourself chewing through credits faster than you'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A learning curve but the impact makes it worth it"
4/5
What do you like best about Boost.space?

If you want to create something special, then this software gives you the ability to do that. We are using Boost to create a single source of truth that will act as the central hub of the business. Be that marketing, finance or a customer CRM. This centralisation allows us the capacity to essentially create magic with how we approach our customer touch points and how we make decisions. Data accuracy and the ability to measure has redefined how we approach things. Everything is data first, with automation a priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

It is quite a steep learning curve, especially or those not overly familiar with automation. However, things have improved over time and nothing is insurmountable, especially with AI assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boost.Space the Giant (yet in the Background)"
5/5
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Boost.space is a robust all-in-one platform combining a full-stack database, a marketplace of ready-to-use automations, and the full functionality of Make.com, enhanced by proprietary modules. It effectively merges the power of Make.com with relational database management systems (RDMS), providing a comprehensive environment for automation and data management. It's one of the most significant SaaS tools in our about 60+ tool stack.

Ease of Use

If you are familiar with Make.com or any RDMS, the platform’s interface and capabilities will feel natural, offering extensive functionality in one place. While the feature set is broad and can appear overwhelming initially, the user interface remains intuitive enough to navigate with some practice. The learning curve is noticeable but manageable, especially with available documentation and responsive support.

Ease of Implementation

Implementation is straightforward for users who already have Make.com blueprints, as you can deploy your proprietary workflows immediately. The platform’s integration with over 2,000 apps enables seamless connection and automation across diverse tools, centralizing data efficiently. However, some users have reported occasional difficulties in connecting certain apps, indicating that onboarding and tutorials could be more granular and clearer, particularly for those less experienced with integrated RDMS.

Customer Support

Customer support is responsive and helpful, with typical replies within a few hours. The team actively encourages users to submit requests for custom modules and is committed to continuous improvement. Users have praised the support for going above and beyond to address concerns, which adds confidence in the platform’s long-term reliability.

Frequency of Use

I have used Boost.space for about a year as a training and startup development platform, with plans to expand its application significantly during the upcoming market launch phase. Many users report daily or frequent use, appreciating the time saved by automating repetitive tasks and centralizing data workflows.

Number of Features

Boost.space offers a rich feature set, including a modular database system ("Spaces"), two-way sync across data sources, and powerful automation capabilities. It effectively combines no-code database management with Make.com’s automation engine, enabling complex workflows without coding. While the breadth of features can be intimidating at first, it allows for a high degree of customization and scalability.

Ease of Integration

The platform’s integration with over 2,000 tools is a major strength, allowing users to connect various apps and automate processes efficiently. This capability centralizes data and reduces manual work, streamlining workflows across multiple platforms. Some users have noted initial challenges with app connections, suggesting room for improvement in onboarding and tutorial clarity.

Marketplace

The Boost.space Marketplace is a standout feature that significantly enhances the platform’s value by offering a curated collection of ready-to-use automations, templates, and modules designed to accelerate your workflow setup. It acts as a centralized hub where users can discover, deploy, and customize pre-built solutions that cover a wide range of business needs—from CRM management and project tracking to marketing automation and data synchronization.

This marketplace is thoughtfully organized, making it easy to browse by categories or search for specific functionalities. Each item comes with clear descriptions and use cases, allowing users to quickly assess relevance without needing deep technical knowledge. The availability of these plug-and-play automations means you can jumpstart complex workflows without building them from scratch, saving considerable time and effort.

Moreover, the marketplace supports continuous expansion through user submissions and developer contributions, ensuring a growing ecosystem of tools that evolve with market demands. This openness encourages collaboration and innovation, giving users access to cutting-edge automations and integrations that might not be available elsewhere.

In practical terms, the marketplace lowers the barrier to entry for less technical users by providing proven, tested modules that integrate seamlessly with Boost.space’s database and automation engine. It complements the platform’s core strengths by offering immediate solutions that can be tailored to specific business processes, making Boost.space not just a tool, but a dynamic environment for ongoing productivity enhancement.

Overall, the Boost.space Marketplace transforms the platform into a living ecosystem, where users benefit from collective expertise and ready-made automation assets, accelerating deployment and maximizing the platform’s impact on daily operations.

In summary, Boost.space is a powerful, versatile platform ideal for users who want to centralize data and automate workflows with a combination of Make.com and proprietary tools. It excels in integration and automation but requires some patience during onboarding. The responsive support and continuous feature development make it a solid choice for startups and professionals aiming to boost productivity.

This review reflects my experience and is supported by multiple positive user testimonials highlighting Boost.space’s reliability, automation power, and customer support quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

For users with little experience with the integrated RDMS a more granular onboarding would be useful. For users with limited experience in relational database management systems, a more granular, step-by-step onboarding process would be highly beneficial. Enhanced tutorials and clearer guidance on connecting external apps could reduce the initial friction and accelerate user adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful automations for the non-techie"
5/5
What do you like best about Boost.space?

If you have to deal with a lot of forms being submitted from different sources, it is a great way to have all of that information automatically directed to a single source such as Google Sheets or another personal database for organization and review. With over 2,000 app integrations available, you can pretty much easily design any automation you need to help save you time and make your daily life of dealing with data a little bit easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

When I first signed-up for Boost.space about 9 months ago, the UX was a little bit overwhelming and without a guided experience. You had to figure it all out on your own, and it really wasn't very intuitive. Recently, though, they have implemented a new UX and have made easier to figure out how to set-up the automations. Visually it's much better, but there is still a learning curve to take into consideration when first using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Genuine Game-Changer for Workflow Hell"
5/5
What do you like best about Boost.space?

What I love most is having everything I need actually talking to each other! No more flicking between fifty million tabs and apps. Centralising my info, tasks, and automations in one clean workspace is hands-down the reason I can sleep at night. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

Look, the learning curve is real at the start it takes some patience and a couple of false starts. But once you get the hang of it, you’re flying. I also wish there were more native integrations for some obscure apps out there (give us options, people!). And sometimes notifications are a bit overzealous. But honestly, nothing’s perfect at least here, when things go sideways, support is decent and the updates keep coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
