What I use most and like best about Boost AI Search & Discovery is their Product Filtering, custom Collection Pages, and support for technical support and customizations. We've needed quite a bit of custom work and Boost has been great at supporting our needs. I've found that other apps aren't as helpful or charge for support hours. The Boost app pricing is fair for what the app provides. Overall, the performance has been great. I've found that Boost is the best search app for the features offered and at the price. For stores with large catalogs, the sync can be slow, which means collection and search pages may be slow to update when a large number of changes have been made. Also, if you have a significant number of customizations, when they do product releases and app updates, sometimes that interferes with custom code and will require additional support. The app user interface is pretty easy to use, and what is not easy to figure out is usually supported in their knowledge base, or you can always lean on their chat support. I find the staff to be really helpful with fast responses. They can solve our problems or questions promptly and even tell us how to set up features. I'm satisfied with the filter settings and layout, which enhance the search results. Additionally, the capability to set up auto AI search for keyword redirection is impressive. The ability to have unit pricing is not available in Boost AI Search & Discovery yet, and I hope to see it soon. The limitation to the number of metafield we could use and the number of filter trees is a con, although they have the feature to buy more if needed. One other issue I found is the limit of 30 filters per filter tree, which can be a problem for bigger stores with more product data, and there is no way to increase that number!
