One of the difficulties for our team in utilizing this software is the many screens we have to toggle between to access information on the customer accounts. We rely heavily on the notes section to communicate, however, we have to utilize google docs to suppliment Booqable and ensure no details get lost. It would be incredible if there were a way to flag or tag particular notes as priority - or control the way the sort and are organized - rather than their just listing chronologically.
