It would be wonderful if the website could send out automatic emails. It's a hassle to do those yourself for every customer, especially as you get busier. Additionally, warning emails to the website manager or notifications would be useful if something has been paid or a return date/pick up date is coming up. Setting up the pricing system as practised by the motorcycle rental industry in Singapore was a tad tedious, we can't customise daily, weekly and monthly rates seamlessly.
