**What do you like best about Amber?**

It reaches out to employees at key milestones like onboarding, anniverseries and exits ultimately showing that the organization cares about its employees experiences. It's chat like format makes it easy and engaging for employees to communicate.

**What do you dislike about Amber?**

I appreciate sharing my thoughts through Amber, but I wish there were more updates on the progress or changes being made on the feedbacks shared.

**What problems is Amber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mostly help me to be heard at almost all expected moments and reduces the feeling of getting disconnected within the organization. It feels safe and reliable to me to share my thoughts, concers and experiences without unconcerned people getting into it.
