Boon was beyond easy to implement. We started with a non-integrated account to get a feel for the platform then upgraded to have Boon integrated to our ATS (JobAdder). When we upgraded and requested new features they didn't hesitate to put this on their roadmap and keep us updated every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I probably would say that I wish that the onboarding was a bit faster when it came to our integrated account (took 3 weeks), but that's really it. Once it was set up, it worked without issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My team found it incredibly easy to use and it really motivated everyone to take ownership of the recruiting process and building our team!
