Boon AI is an AI intelligence layer for preconstruction. It ingests full drawing sets and specifications, performs automated quantity takeoff, flags scope gaps and spec conflicts before they become change orders, and levels subcontractor bids side by side. Built for general contractors and MEP/electrical subcontractors, Boon cuts takeoff time by up to 90% and gives estimating leaders a defensible, auditable bid — without changing the way their team works. SOC 2 Type II, on-prem option, and no training on customer data.
