I wish I could print my entire customer file...including email activity...which is what our state's Real Estate Commission requires in the event of an inquiry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoomTown?

the flow with the leads is impecable, everything is recorded with timestamps, there's a lot of information that you can filter, prioritize, assest. super friendly and no need to downoad any app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoomTown?

is not my personal case but I have heard coworkers saying that comsumes a lot of ROM. Also, it opens a lot of new windows which consumes a lot of space. but I am learning to handle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoomTown?

I've gotten plenty of leads with BT. I love the ease of the CRM and the reminders. Everything can be logged making it super easy to keep track of everyone . So far, I'm happy with it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoomTown?

My only dislike it a lot of texts sent directly thru the app go to the leads spam. Not sure if it's the carrier or the lead prompting it to spam. Sometimes I can rewrite it, wording a little different and it will go thru. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lost a lot of business this past month due to Boomtown system not working for weeks. Pretty unheard of nowadays that it took so long for the service to come back up and get fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
