As I am a fan of marketing and all kinds of gamification, I was delighted with this software and its possibilities. This is not a toy, but a serious loyalty system with powerful possibilities. We have various types of loyalty cards, discount cards, membership cards, certificates, etc. and all this with perfect integration with Apple and Google Wallet. Push notifications based on geolocation or on a schedule - whatever you want... I highly recommend. What I have mentioned is only part of the possibilities... Couponing and discounts are one of the most effective techniques for small and large companies. It is a way to build loyalty. Boomerange does it digitally and in an innovative way. I would just like an additional field to embed html in the app below the coupons, and the possibility to be able to put the logo a bit bigger and a custom icon for each offer. For example, if you buy: apple, banana and pear you get the prize. At the moment I can only put one fruit basket. But in general everything is fine. The customization is enough. I think the design of Boomerangme is very nice. The app is created to make it very easy for users (with not much experiences like me) to create great digital loyalty cards in just minutes, and launch the campaign in a super easy way (simply scan the code or send the link created). The features offered by Boomerangme is very rich. The types of cards that can be created are one of the richest. I love most the stamp and coupon types amongst 6 types offered by Boomerangme. And the options made available in each type are very very thoughtful, covering everything I can think of for each type of cards. Say if I want to offer discount, I can use step levels with different rates. The app is easy to use, especially the fundamental features (digital loyalty card creation), however I also see various other features and II want to be able to fully use them if possible. Dont miss this." 4.5/5 What do you like best about Boomerangme? Loyalty Card or Carte de Fidelite ( as it could be called in french) has now a simple, intuitive and new way to be created, customized and distributed. The templates are nice and SIMPLE to use and customization is done with less complexity on the front end. Was built for no code enthusiast. The option to upload your file is great and the language personalization is just a piece of cake. Mouah! I created my first card of 10 stamps and distributed it to a tester in another corner of the world in less than 15 min in my hotel room ( including creating a logo-canva and adding it to the header of the card, changing the content language in french. upload in my wallet, Hey... and I enjoyed the process and had fun too. I even tested the scanner. I look forward to the implementation of the items in the roadmap, including the e-commerce module that I believe will be a game changer for increasing sales and customer lifetime value for our business. Before we were using hard cover paper loyalty cards, we printed and cut it. Now with digital loyalty cards, its even more powerful and lasting! We need to set up wifi in our restaurant so that we could use Boomerangme! It needs internet to connect. So far its effective and we are able to increase our sales. What problems is Boomerangme solving and how is that benefiting you? Boomerangme helps companies manage their customer loyalty programs, stamps, subscription services, coupons, and discounts. The platform integrates all these features into one convenient user interface and can be all synchronized together. Loyalty programs are excellent retention tools for your clients. Boomerangme offers stats and analytics. There are also loyalty grading metrics which allow you to keep track of your marketing performance. I haven't tried yet the stamp feature but you get the use of it. You cumulate stamps and get a free product. this is a great client retainer system too. Membership is related to the loyalty feature and points are given for every visit/scan on your membership card. We plan to use this feature for Gym clients. Loyalty programs offer discounts for your loyal customers. You mentioned before that you need to track everything so you can develop a discount plan and move your best customers into a better package. Cashback is actually the main feature we like: each purchase get a certain percentage as cashback available to spend again as coupon. this is great to increase loyalty and average basket spending. coupon allows percentage discount or a flat amount of money. Certificates is a feature we haven't used yet but we are planning to dive into this later. all your operations, customers and details are stored in the CRM but can be also synched with your own CRM using an integrator. The process of setting up loyalty cards for mobile devices is really easy. I didn't imagine that is possible! Even the customization possibilities are decent. It's nothing I dislike but rather a wish: I hope that there will be a WooCommerce integration soon. Right now I can just use them offline or within Zoom Meetings. Boomerangme is relatively easy to use. They have a decent knowledge base and very helpful onboarding inside the platform. This is the first digital loyalty tool I ever used, and it didn't take me long to get the hang of it! The team is extremely responsive and committed to improving their product and the user experience of their customers. I had a few issues with installing and configuring the app, but all of them were solved in no time via live chat. I think that today it's one of the most crucial factors to shape the whole customer experience! The Boomerangme official Facebook community has a lot to offer. The team shares regular updates and improvements. I clearly see that Mike (the founder) cares a lot about the customers and is very passionate about his product.
