I love how practical Boomerangme is and how they are constantly innovating with new features that make it much easier to retain customers. I also find the integration of artificial intelligence for support quite interesting, as it allows problems to be solved more practically and quickly. Additionally, the current integrations with tools like Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and Google Business are a great plus. I appreciate that Boomerangme covers so many areas and needs, facilitating the implementation of technologies without the need to use other tools. I am grateful that the setup process was extremely practical and quick, allowing me to have everything ready in a matter of an hour at most. The platform is very comprehensive and makes tracking and problem resolution excellent.

What I like best about Boomerangme is how easy it is to create and manage digital loyalty programs without needing advanced technical skills. At the moment, I honestly don’t have any major dislikes about Boomerangme The platform has been reliable, easy to use, and continuously improving with new features and updates.

I love the ease of implementation and integration with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet that Boomerangme offers. In minutes, we can have a loyalty card up and running and in the hands of the end customer. Push notifications are the most powerful differentiator for our clients. The initial setup was very simple; in less than an hour we had the first card configured and ready to share with customers. The learning curve is minimal and the support from the Boomerangme team was quick and helpful during the initial process.

The administration panel may feel somewhat limited in advanced visual customization options. It would also be useful to have more detailed reports and analytics to show retention metrics to our clients in a more visual and automated way.

Boomerangme has completely changed how I manage customer loyalty for my clients. The drag-and-drop card builder saves me hours every week—what used to require a full day of custom development can now be done in under an hour. The digital wallet integration is smooth across both Apple and Google Wallet, so my clients’ customers actually add and use the cards instead of forgetting about them.

One unexpected benefit I found is the geofencing push notification feature. It automatically reminds customers about their loyalty points when they’re near the business location, and that has noticeably improved repeat visits. The interface is also intuitive enough that I can onboard a new client, design a branded card, and set up reward rules in a single session without having to dig through documentation.

These are areas with room to grow, but they haven't been dealbreakers for my day-to-day use.

Before Boomerangme, offering a loyalty program meant either recommending expensive custom-built solutions or settling for paper stamp cards that clients would lose and businesses couldn't track. Boomerangme solved that gap entirely. As a digital agency managing loyalty programs for multiple clients, I can now deliver a branded, fully functional digital card in a fraction of the time and cost of any alternative.

I have realized that Boomerang is of great utility for my clients, making life easier and improving communication with their clients. The software offers ease of use, especially in aspects like cards and push notifications. The database, the control panel, and the geo-notification are spectacular. Additionally, Boomerang has proven to be understanding by offering discounts when we needed them, thus helping our company to move forward. The fact that I have a ready-to-sell product and only need to focus on marketing is a huge advantage. The data analysis tools, automated messages, and loyalty program are beneficial for our clients. I value the software's integration with other platforms, which facilitates Boomerang's growth. I practically use it every day and my clients love the platform, apart from how easy it is to implement and make them learn to use the system.

You can tell how complete the software is trough the process of updates based on the feedback from the users community. Easy to get your MVP out there if you want to add this service to your agency with its easy and guided implementation, but also very complete to make a whole offer with all of its features. I use it on a daily basis because my offer is currently solely focused on reselling boomerangme. The customer support has been a key factor on why I've been able to scale my operation up to this point, without any major issue on the technical aspect.

It has a wide open options of softwares to integrate to, however thats not the case for most of the POS used on local business from my country. But i'm very optimistic about that part being easer in the future.

I wish they had better resources available for resellers. What they do have is not always usable due to low quality design and copy written by a non-native English speaker. Just meant I had to do more on my end as far as building assets to use in my marketing.

What I value most about Boomerangme is its ability to transform a traditional loyalty strategy into a completely digital, simple, and effective experience. The digital cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are intuitive, modern, and very easy to use for both the customer and the business. Additionally, the automation of rewards, reminders, and push notifications has allowed us to increase retention, drive repeat purchases, and improve brand perception. I also highlight the possibility of advanced customization and the scalability of the system to adapt to different types of businesses.

**What do you dislike about Boomerangme?**

Overall, I am very satisfied, but if I have to point out something to improve, it would be the interface of the administration panel: although it is functional, it could have a more fluid and modern experience. It would also be ideal to have greater flexibility in the reports or more direct integration with some external tools without relying so much on intermediate solutions like Make or Zapier. Even so, the support and constant updates make up for these details.

Previously, our loyalty actions were manual, hard to measure, and difficult to scale. This platform is a standalone product and can be implemented regardless of whatever systems the business has in place, i.e. POS systems. The system is fairly user-friendly and can be implemented pretty easily. It also has the ability to be integrated with some other solutions, like CRMs, as well as some POS systems, if necessary.

The company seems to be based mostly in Europe and other countries. Most, if not all support and training is provided by people outside of the US.

Boomerang.me offers software for digital loyalty cards that can be stored in your smartphone wallet. This software allows users to manage and use their loyalty cards digitally via an app on their mobile device.
Also the support is fast via chat, usually within 5 minutes, also the follow-up of questions is correct, if they have to inquire with the developers. Especially Daria is very good, usually I have her for my questions. Top Daria!

In fact, no negatives, or at least 1: faster integration for Lightspeed's software.

**What problems is Boomerangme solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Geo-notification allows you to have a notification pop up when the customer is in your shop, and when they press the notification, the customer card opens bdirectly. Scan and ready, no time wasted looking for a printed card, your staff lose valuable time etc.... You can also make the Geo-notification return in other places, in an area of 100 metres. For example, in a commercial square. People are having a coffee and see the notification. Chances are they will still come by to buy. You can also send regular notifications, it appears and disappears, but the customer has read it. Messages like happy valentine, a promotion, an open house, etc..  You also have a full CRM where you can recharge points via PC.
