I use Boomerang on a daily basis - it helps me to manage my email, to set reminders, to keep track of important information. Boomerang for Gmail is a very complete solution for my business needs. The ease of use on scheduling meetings is unparallelled (I often have people ask me "what is this magic scheduler?!"), and it's intuitive and easy to understand from the jump both for me as the user as well as for the recipients of my scheduling requests. I have been using Boomerang daily for at least 6 years now, and have been able to abandon the patchwork of other solutions. Inbox Pause has changed my life, and I'm an evangelist for it, especially with the rollout of the new delivery management -- batch delivery of emails is a game-changer for those of us whose email cadence is out of control. I love that I can customize a calendar of options to send to customers for them to choose a time to meet. It cuts down on back-and-forth emails and makes it easier for partners to schedule a time to meet with me. I like that I can choose the length of meeting time, time zone, and embed the options in the actual email. I LOVE that I can set it so it doesn't double-book my time. I like that I can send specific times for a client to schedule a meeting vs just my open calendar. It helps me use my time better because I can stack meetings together and/or limit the duration of the meeting. I've also found that because they are selecting a specific time in a list vs every open appointment they tend to select times quicker and don't book too far out into the future.
