I absolutely love Boomerang. I use Boomerang as an Executive Director of a nonprofit to help schedule with new clients without worrying about accidentally overbooking. I specifically re-installed Boomerang for the integrated scheduling tool, and holy moly this has been a game-changer for me! I schedule many sales-related meetings with remote clients across the USA in various time zones and previously used a calendar link to set appointments. I found it was almost impossible to get some people to click the darn link, but with Boomerang the calendar is visible INSIDE the email. I get something like 50-80% higher response rates when trying to schedule appointments with Boomerang instead of a traditional calendar link. I had a coworker recommend Boomerang after I complained about how difficult it is to set up appointments with clients. We do all of our calls virtually, and I found myself in countless never-ending threads as we tried to schedule client calls. Boomerang allowed me to send all my availability at once, and with one click, a client is booked to my Google Calendar, and a Zoom link is automatically generated. It's been an absolute game-changer. What used to take an hour of exchanges rife with miscommunication now takes a single email! I no longer dread scheduling client calls, and that's something I never thought I'd say. My only complaint is that when I insert a calendar schedule, a very generic blurb pops up. I maintain very close relationships with my clients, and the standard blurb feels a little too informal for my tastes. I wish there was a way to disable this, and if there's a way already, I wish it was more intuitive to find that setting.
