BookSteam is an effective and automatic solution for the management of appointments, in addition to calendar management and email marketing, is based on the cloud and I love the flexibility it offers, first of all I love the ability to reward the loyalty and constancy of my patients through the allocation of tickets or gift card discount, additionally has allowed us to organize and have greater control of the administrative processes associated with patients. It seems to me a very easy tool to use, effective but I would like to develop a little more integration with other software and programs, we had problems linking it to our website, however the technical service gave us the required guidance and we could solve it. We are looking for another tool for scheduling appointment and we came across this program we decided to take the test for free and we were pleasantly satisfied, although we are 2 days away from the expiration of the free trial we could see that the software is very complete, we managed to insert data quickly and make the necessary adjustments to store our patient database, additionally we were pleasantly surprised by the appointment reminder system is very efficient, in addition to email generates an alert via text message, on the other hand the automated system helped us to organize better as well as increase our effectiveness as a work team. I love that the plans are affordable, in Canadian dollars so not fluctuating US dollar, customer service is amazing, easy to use for my clients (they love it better than my old software Booker) because it's easier to navigate! Would like the option to max out certain services (for example, max out massages at 5 per day and the other services are unlimited), no option to enter tips on receipts, don't like that swipe holds funds for 6 days when a client purchases a gift card, can't customize certain client notifications, no option for reviews outside the system such as google, Facebook etc. No booking link option on Instagram. I've been using Booksteam for the past year and I have to say that it's the most reliable, user-friendly, and innovative booking platform on the market. They have saved me so much time and have actually increased sales, making everything so much better. It's not API compliant, but I know the company is working on this. They're always working to stay competitive and always looking to meet their customers needs. BookSteam is far more comprehensive and complex than its leading competitors and it offers this elevated level of service at a reasonable price. One best feature about this software is the simplicity. BookSteam has simplified the scheduling of appointments not just for me but for my patients. The system was a bit too complex for some our older employees and clients but there was improvement after training using the resources provided with the software. The initial software even takes a while but it is worth every penny of investment. It can be a little confusing to set up. I use this software a lot for scheduling my appointments. This really helps in managing my schedule and can help save in a lot of paperwork. Notifications are received on my phone if any appointment is approaching deadline. Technical support is also very friendly and quick so thats a huge plus for this software. What do you dislike about BookSteam? Online support is only available during business hours. I live in Pakistan so my office hours are completely different than Booksteam's online support. They appreciate the ease of using the software. No more forgetting and mixing appointments with another. Moreover, as I have a lot of appointments and meetings set up almost on a daily basis with team members, board, customers and clients, I can sync my calendar with my iPad calendar, whenever I get new appointments in booksteam it automatically shows up in my iPad. We love Booksteam's versatility - customers can search by location, practitioner, class type, etc. And the reports it generates are very helpful in terms of tracking attendance, no-shows, and seeing trends develop over time. Also, I have to give a shout-out to customer support which is second to none. We've had a LOT of questions while setting up the system, and I can honestly say there was not a single time they did not reply quickly and concisely (usually within a 2-hour window; sometimes as quickly as 5 minutes). I do wish they were API-enabled, but they say that is in the works. Also it's worth mentioning that the setup process (particularly for multiple practitioners across several locations) takes a loooooong time. But I think it would be the same with ANY software that has as many capabilities as this one. Once the setup is done, though, the hours it will save you in the future make it all worthwhile!
