BookSpot is an online booking system for tours, activities, and rentals, built by founders who spent 10 years running Sweden’s most-visited kayak rental. More than 600 operators across Europe use it, from kayak and bike rentals to boat tours, walking city tours, dog sledding, and high ropes courses. Add booking buttons to your website and take bookings and payments 24/7. OTA bookings sync automatically, so availability stays accurate in real time and you never overbook, even when shared and private bookings use the same boats, bikes, or guides. You can bundle activities, rentals, and accommodation into packages to raise order value and add-on sales. Every customer gets a dedicated onboarding specialist and unlimited support from a team that knows your setup, and most operators are taking bookings within days. That means less admin and more time on the water, streets, trail, or snow.
