Booksmate is an invoice automation tool that connects to hundreds of online portals and email inboxes to automatically fetch invoices and receipts. Once collected, documents are processed using AI-powered data extraction and organized in a central dashboard, ready for export to accounting software. The platform is designed for bookkeepers, accountants, and finance teams who spend significant time manually downloading invoices from platforms like Amazon, Stripe, Google, Microsoft, and PayPal. Rather than maintaining thousands of unreliable integrations, Booksmate focuses on a curated set of actively monitored portal connections to ensure consistent, reliable document fetching. Key capabilities include automated invoice collection from web portals, email inbox scanning, AI data extraction, document organization, and accounting software export. Custom plugin integrations, API access, and SSO are available for teams with advanced requirements.
