**Describe the project or task Bookly helped with:**

We are a re-marketing company, we needed clients to book our services which include, marketing, social media optimization, SEO and websites developing and designing, Bookly had been good for us to meet our customers through bookings. The customer receives Text whenever they book and we confirm their booking with us

**What do you like best about Bookly?**

The software is easy to be integrated within WordPress and start collecting bookings, I like the fact that you have SMS confirmation within the software to update clients booking statuses

**What do you dislike about Bookly?**

Have been communicating with RACHEAL over the issue where text cannot be delivered on other networks like MTN UGANDA numbers can't receive a text once they book. However, the bookly will chop SMS free which wasn't delivered to the client and once I contacted, Racheal said to  fix such but has taken more than two weeks when it is not fixed

**What problems is Bookly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Bookly to receive bookings and since it has now integrated stripe payment, we can now collect payments for the booking from clients using stripe payment which has increased our revenue and sales

It gives me a peace of mind that it is so easy to do all my taxes. 

**What do you like best about Bookly?**

Bookly is so easy to use for both corporate and personal taxes.

**What do you dislike about Bookly?**

It can be quite pricey.  The layout could be improved. 

**Recommendations to others considering Bookly:**

It is great. I would recommend it.
