I tried using them, during the onboarding they were super slow, taking days to respond. I decided to cancel before the onboarding started; I requested a refund, they gave me the run around and never returned the funds. Just ignored me for months. What do you like best about Bookkeeper360? Working with Bookkeeper 360 has been a fantastic experience. We started work with Brenda Fuentes and she held our hand through every step of our company set up with very fast turnaround and response time. We're an incredibly complicated business and never received any pushback or confusion in requests being asked. It's been a huge weight off my shoulders to know we're in such thoughtful and supportive hands with the whole team at Bookkeeper 360. Eric Pinola especially went above and beyond in his work and supported us through a very complicated and in depth tax accounting year with flying colors. He is extremely knowledgeable and communication and patience have been 10/10 across the board. We're extremely grateful to have in on our team and it's a huge relief to know our taxes are in such thoughtful and thorough hands. As a team they've gone out of their way to keep us supported and make sure we feel good about the services being provided. I would absolutely recommend Bookkeeper 360 and have appreciated their thoughtful and extremely positive and human customer service all along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
