BookingElf is online table booking software for independent cafes and small restaurants in Australia and Singapore. Guests book a table at any time from your own branded booking page, linked from your website, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile or a QR code. They get confirmation and reminder emails with a link to change or cancel. Behind the counter, your team sees today's bookings and walk-ins on a floor plan. Capacity rules and seating pacing keep the kitchen steady, and the guest list counts each guest's bookings and no-shows. BookingElf costs one flat monthly price per location, with unlimited bookings, no per-cover fees and no fixed-term contract, and your first month is free.
