I appreciate the payment efficiency, especially when booking at local hotels. It's convenient to fill in card details and have the option for a temporary block if something seems suspicious. **What do you dislike about Booking.com for Business?** I had a really bad experience with Booking.com for Business last summer, and I want to avoid using it as much as possible. I booked a hotel, but then I received WhatsApp messages from the so-called hotel saying that payment wasn't received. after many attemps i booked another hotel but was charged the amount of 950 euro anyway. I find your customer service very difficult to reach, and I've never had an answer on my mail. I lost 950 euro and you did not even get in toutch with me, I hope you guys go bankrupt. **What problems is Booking.com for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Booking.com for Business for easy booking management and payment, as all my cards are registered, which makes it efficient. ### 2. Even though I am a Genius 3 with more than 64 bookings, I had problems with the price matching policy. The communication is tedious and evasive. **What problems is Booking.com for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Booking.com for Business makes it easy for me to search for hotels and accommodations quickly, which I find convenient. ### 3.
