BookHive is a booking and business management system for spas, salons and barbershops in Colombia and Latin America. Each business gets its own online booking page where clients pick a service, a professional and a time slot, and can be asked for a deposit before the appointment is confirmed (bank transfer, Nequi QR, or card through Wompi or Bold). BookHive sends appointment reminders by WhatsApp and email, keeps the client history, and runs the daily operation: point of sale and cash closing, staff commissions, inventory, packages and gift cards, promotions and email campaigns. Owners can also manage the business from ChatGPT or Claude through BookHive's official connector. Available in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian and Arabic. Prices are in Colombian pesos or US dollars, with a free plan for one professional and paid plans from USD 29 per month, 14-day trial, no card required.
