What problems is Bookeo Appointments solving and how is that benefiting you?

The reporting features are great and easy to use! However we were not able to use it to process payment, not sure if it was because of how we use it, or just how it works overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bookeo Appointments solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing reservations and booking, and being able to look at reports for how many people booked on a day, and how many people came on a certain day very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Extremely slow in getting new features. Customer service can be arrogant at times. No tech support offered. Just email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have basic appointments, this software is just fine. Classes and courses may be a different story. Alhough Bookeo can handle a lot, it can not do one simple task---show attendance. If you have a course, Bookeo marks each person with the same status for every single class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
