I've run a B2B company since 2020. I built Booked55 because I was tired of losing business I'd already earned. The person I forgot to call. The client who quietly went somewhere else. We ran the company on it and did 2.5× the revenue with no marketing budget and no new salespeople. I didn't build a CRM to sell a CRM. I built the thing I needed, and it worked.
