BookClock is online appointment booking software for independent professionals and small service businesses, such as hair salons and barbershops, that take bookings every week. You publish your working hours once and clients book themselves at any hour from a public booking page or from a widget embedded in your own website, with double-booking prevented. Clients get a reminder email the day before their appointment. When someone cancels, the freed slot is emailed to the first people on that day's waitlist and held for half an hour before it returns to the public list. You can optionally ask for a deposit: clients pay by bank transfer and upload the receipt, which you approve or reject from your dashboard. Guest booking (just a name and an email, no account) can be switched on, walk-ins can be entered by hand, breaks between appointments can be built into the schedule, and an ICS feed shows your appointments in Google Calendar, Outlook or your phone's calendar. The dashboard updates live without reloading, and BookClock is available in English and Spanish. Pricing is a single plan: a 30-day free trial with every feature and no credit card, then a flat USD 25 per month with unlimited appointments and clients and no commission per booking or deposit. It never renews automatically.
