**What do you like best about Bookassist?**

Bookassist only allows customers who have actually used the Bookassist system to make their reservations.

**What do you dislike about Bookassist?**

I cannot really think of anything.  I have had no problems since I have been using it.

**What problems is Bookassist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps to improve customer service because of the reliable customer reviews.
