BookAndGo is an all-in-one, AI-powered booking and scheduling platform built specifically for Australian appointment-based businesses. Designed to replace disjointed systems, it unifies 24/7 online booking, automated client reminders, digital intake forms, GST-compliant invoicing with ABN tracking, and review aggregation into a single, intuitive dashboard. What sets BookAndGo apart is its native AI Booking Assistant and SMS Text-to-Book bot, allowing clients to schedule, change, or confirm appointments naturally via text or chat without downloading an app. The system protects revenue with a dynamic waitlist that automatically fills last-minute cancellations, and features smart no-show thresholds to block repeat offenders. Proudly Australian-owned and compliant with the Privacy Act 1988, BookAndGo hosts all user data locally in Sydney. It is the ideal, administrative-free solution for salons, personal trainers, physiotherapists, and local service providers.
