The support team is very helpful and detail-oriented and very much open to suggestions. Their class/event creation features offer a wide range of options. Clients can sign up for my classes anytime. **What do you dislike about Bookamat?** Full integration for online payments is not available for my location yet. **What problems is Bookamat solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before signing up for a Bookamat business account, I spent hours in confusion, manually keeping track of my students' prepaid passes, attendance, class links, payments, waivers, etc. Now everything is in one place, and my students can sign up for classes and book their class passes at their convenience.
