The guest intake forms do not allocate for when a guest is receiving multiple services (i.e. facial and massage) therefore not sending the proper forms to the guests or requiring the scheduler to create two separate reservations to send both forms to the guest. Their support leaves something to be desired" 2.5/5 What do you like best about Book4Time? Our users don't have many issues overall. They are a hotel and overall the issues are minimal. Book4Time is giving the spa an organized platform for their scheduling needs which has helped streamline the processes at the spa and make things more efficient.
