Your page includes over a dozen features focused on closing more sales and includes endless design options with the ability to customize it to fit your brand and even embed it directly into your website. I reached out to support to attempt to figure out what is going on and find out how to correct it. In the short term, I have had to discontinue using BLAB until I can correct the problem. Support claims to respond within 24 hours and they have six hours left to do so. There is no phone, chat, or another more responsive support channel that I have found, sadly just email. **Recommendations to others considering Book Like A Boss:** BLAB is a growing company and they need to know that supporting their users needs to be a priority, be sure to let them know this, I feel that they will be able to improve this aspect and become a dominant leader in this space. **What problems is Book Like A Boss solving and how is that benefiting you?** Until yesterday's problem and the lack of clear support BLAG does what it is supposed to do and makes it easy to get your calendar loaded up with appointments. ### 3. The ability to send emails to locations around the world, recipients be able to book on their own time and at their own convenience, wonderful. **What do you dislike about Book Like A Boss?** The challenge with most of these services is their Customer Service. When everything works great, great, when it doesn't, that's when it's a problem. I've sometimes had to wait 4-5 days to hear back from someone to fix something that went wrong internally. Aside from that I'm really happy. **Recommendations to others considering Book Like A Boss:** NA **What problems is Book Like A Boss solving and how is that benefiting you?** The process of booking calls with me, and every member of my team is now done smoothly with zero back and forth. That benefit alone is worth every penny.
