What do you like best about Book Keeper?

A) It works on both mobile and computer, multiple user can work at a time. Data is safe and stored in dropbox.

B) The bill format and the user interface is awesome.

C) We can send invoice/ payment receipts directly from application - It can connect with your Gmail Account and SMS Service provider through which invoice/ vouchers can be sent.

D) It also provides regular debtor balance and cash balance update on your phone which definitely plays a major role in cash collection.

E) Very cost effective - Can add multiple companies on one license. One user costs around only 3000, with Rs. 500 additional for every device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Book Keeper?

A) Instead of keeping data on dropbox, it should have been kept on bookkeeper own server, so that syncing could have been more easy.

B) Like Tally, it becomes slow when we have huge data, say 1000 enteries per day. Still, it is best, given at this price range. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Book Keeper:

Accessing bookkeeper from multiple device with single userid is not recommended, high chances that data will get corrupted. Always use different user id for different devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Book Keeper?

It is very user friendly software to use for business accounting for small and medium business. there are best many functions available in book keeper that is you can send invoice, track the expenses & receipt, manage daily transaction and send various financial reports. It is also supporting the GST filling, file GST returns with simple step.

it is also use for invoicing for product and services and manage the inventory details. It is also manage account without internet connection.

Also it is very easy to enter tax invoice and tax calculation, aging analysis.

Also help in banking transaction single entry & double entry transaction and bank reconcile statement and also prepare trail balance, P&L account and balance sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Book Keeper?

there is not much dislike about the book keeper but i hope it will try to make much better and if they can add the some more feature to its locking system.some time we cannot delete the ledger and also it is hard to connect with customer support team. so this is few point which can be much better for customer satisfaction. but over all are this is fantastic software for accounting i believe. there are many problem we can solve at time to use this software like we can generate invoice and send invoice via mail/wahts app and also take print and sign the invoice. also we can track paid and outstanding invoice easily so for any outstanding invoice contact to the customer.
