I wish I could permanently set the give feature to a specific setting like team or public. As a manager, some of what I send out I would prefer it to be private to the specific team or employee. Having the opiton always default to everyone public has meant a more private thanks to a team goes public. My manager has called me more than once to apologize because a message to me was private and a peer manager was public. He felt bad because he thought it looked like he wanted to publicly praise the other manger and hide me, when he meant for both of us to be private.
