I really like the incentive program, my company provides points for coming into the office is a nice little nudge, and it makes optional stuff feel a bit more worth it. I think the required hashtags feel unnecessary and add friction. Sometimes I just want to send a quick, genuine recognition, and having to pick tags makes it feel forced. I would prefer hashtags to be optional, with suggestions if helpful, so the process stays fast and natural. Also, during the initial setup, I ran into an issue because I tried logging in before HR had created my user, so my account didn't work and I ended up being without access for a few days until HR fixed it. Bonusly basically solves two things for me: it makes it easy to give people a quick shoutout (especially teammates I might forget to recognize in the day-to-day), and it gives a little extra motivation to stay on top of the usual routines. When someone acknowledges my efforts or engagement through Bonusly, it feels fantastic. It's great to have a platform like Bonusly that helps foster recognition and encouragement among us. The ease of implementation is one of the standout features. Selecting nominators is incredibly simple, and the MSTeam integration makes giving recognition even easier. Monthly, we seamlessly use the platform to share our thoughts, and any issues that come up are quickly addressed with support from the team. Logging in and creating a review is a breeze—no complicated setup or manual installations are needed. You simply select the receiver, and you're all set. I appreciate the engaging ways in which you can provide points to colleagues. It's nice to include GIFs to make it more personable. Generally, the platform is very easy to understand and utilize. I've made it a habit to ensure my points are disbursed to my colleagues every month, so I see myself opening the application 1-2x per week. I had a minor issue where a gift card code was not working and the customer support team informed me that they'd look into it.
