We love that Bonusly is so easy to use, and team positive. Our staff members use it daily, and it's a great way to recognize accomplishments and say thank you for help.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Sometimes there are billing glitches which impacts our staffs ability to cash out.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us build and maintain a positive team culture

 ### 2. Great tool to validate the team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like that Bonusly makes it easy to recognize and celebrate coworkers for their hard work. It helps boost morale, encourages teamwork, and ensures people feel appreciated for their contributions.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Sometimes the recognition can feel repetitive or less meaningful when the same people are recognized often. It would be great to see more variety and engagement across the entire team.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly makes it easier to recognize employees for their hard work and contributions in real time. It helps boost morale, encourages teamwork, and creates a more positive work environment where people feel valued and appreciated.

 ### 3. Is like a game... with my collegues, i really enjoy it given and receiving!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It’s super user-friendly, and it genuinely feels like a real token of appreciation. For those of us working remotely who don’t get to meet everyone in person, it’s a really thoughtful way to build connection and show recognition across the team.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

If you forget to give out your points by the end of the month, you lose them. It would be great if unused points rolled over into a shared pool for others or went toward a team cause instead of just disappearing.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the remote work divide by making recognition feel personal and meaningful.

 ### 4. It’s a great place to show appreciation to colleagues

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like that Bonusly is a great way to recognize and appreciate colleagues in a simple and meaningful way. It encourages a positive culture where people can acknowledge each other’s contributions. I also appreciate the wide variety of rewards available, which makes it more engaging and enjoyable to use.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

One thing I find less ideal is that the points can sometimes feel limited, which may make it harder to consistently recognize everyone’s contributions. Additionally, some rewards may not always feel relevant or appealing depending on personal preferences.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly helps address the lack of timely recognition in day-to-day work by making it easy to acknowledge colleagues’ contributions. It creates more visibility for the work people do and encourages a culture of appreciation. For me, it’s beneficial because it helps me feel more connected to the team and motivated when my efforts are recognized.

 ### 5. Easy, Intuitive Recognition—Wish for More Gamer Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan G. | Help Desk Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly is great for a lot of reasons, but I think that some of the best are that it allows you to interact with your colleagues in a more dynamic way when it comes to feedback and getting help with things during your workday. It's simple and easy to set up and use, and very intuitive.

I like being able to give my colleagues a thank you that has some hard value to it, and Bonusly allows me to do that very often.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I'm an avid gamer, so I'd love to see more redemption options related to that! Some examples would be Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox gift cards

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making recognition a lot simpler across our whole company. We used to spend a lot of time thinking up prizes and rewards for employees who do good work, but Bonusly simplifies all of that.

 ### 6. An Easy Way to Appreciate Your Coworkers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayco O. | Customer service representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

What I like best about Bonusly is that it provides a simple and engaging way to recognize my coworkers’ efforts in real time. It helps build a positive team culture and keeps everyone motivated by celebrating small wins consistently.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

What I dislike about Bonusly is that sometimes the point limits can feel a bit restrictive, especially when you want to give extra recognition to multiple teammates in a short period. It would also be great to have more reward options or localized choices to make redemptions even more meaningful.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly helps solve the problem of underappreciation in the workplace by making recognition easy, visible, and consistent. It allows team members to acknowledge each other’s efforts instantly, which strengthens collaboration and morale. For me, it’s helped create a more positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to keep performing at their best.

 ### 7. Empowering Peer Recognition with Tangible Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mo A. | software engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Peer-to-peer recognition means that anyone, not only managers, is able to give recognition. This approach fosters a positive and inclusive culture, encouraging appreciation to move throughout teams rather than only coming from the top down. The rewards are tangible as well—the points given hold real-world value and can be exchanged for gift cards, charitable donations, or custom rewards established by your company.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Recognition sometimes comes across as repetitive or superficial, as people may give quick, generic 'thanks' simply to use up their points. This can make the recognition feel less genuine or meaningful. Additionally, the monthly point budgets can seem limited, particularly if you want to acknowledge several people frequently.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly has made it simple for us to acknowledge and celebrate one another’s contributions. It has strengthened our team bonds and helped make recognition a regular part of our daily work life.

 ### 8. Fun, Engaging Recognition Tool That Makes Everyone Feel Appreciated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** María Renée L. | ]Resource Deployment Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I absolutely love using Bonusly. Not only is it fun, but it’s also an excellent way to recognize the people I work with. I enjoy it because it lets me express my gratitude through written messages, and I can also add gifs and pictures, which makes sharing my feelings even more enjoyable. It really helps others feel valued and appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Bonusly. If I had to mention something, it would be that my allowance occasionally feels a bit limited, but that's really the only issue I have.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are times when simply saying thank you doesn't quite capture how much I appreciate someone. Bonusly allows me to show my gratitude in a way that makes others feel valued and recognized. I also find it to be an enjoyable and engaging way to express appreciation.

 ### 9. Great for morale and encourage of colaboration!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like that it's a very user-friendly platform, the interface is intuitive and easy to use, making it accessible for everyone.
The platform emphasizes simplicity and empowers employees to celebrate each other's contributions, which feels more genuine than usual top-down recognition. The Slack integration is also really helpful at making recognition a natural part of work

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

The GIF library is disorganized and search functionality could be improved. Additionally, there's no ability to type emoji syntax; you must choose from predefined options making it more complicated than it should be As well, as some employees don't allocate their monthly recognition points to anyone, and there's no automatic rollover or raffle system for remaining points

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly helps me recognize my peers for all they do and let the rest of the team to know they do great!

 ### 10. The Easiest Way to Celebrate Wins in a Busy Workday

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo C. | CRM Solution Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It democratizes appreciation. It’s not just top-down; seeing peers recognize each other for small wins creates a much stronger sense of team unity and visibility for hard work.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

The 'use it or lose it' monthly point system can be a double-edged sword. Sometimes it leads to a flurry of less-meaningful recognition at the end of the month as people try to use up their allowance before it expires.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the isolation problem in remote work. The social feed keeps us connected and gives us a space to celebrate together, regardless of where we are physically located.

 ### 11. Bonusly has been a very cool and engaging way to recognize my teammates for a job well done.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

What I like most about Bonusly is that it's like having a literal tip jar on my desk! I am on the support side for our internal users and they are able to show their appreciation by dropping some sweet, sweet Bonusly points in that tip jar every month.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I haven't found anything to dislike about it. Yet....BUM BUM BUMMMMMMM

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think a major problem in business is people not getting recognized for what they do on the day-to-day, but Bonusly allows us to, in a small way, let people know that they are seen and appreciated.

 ### 12. Brilliant and intuitive reward system for employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorenzo P.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

The ability to reward colleagues with quasi-money for their support, help, companionship, whatever it may be.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Sometimes it seems as if the activity feed is being watched, which often affect the messages I use for my colleagues and makes me be very careful with what I put out publicly, however innocent the original message may have been

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits package for large companies is being covered nicely by this Bonusly reward system, which is actually beneficial for the employee and not just a gimmicky bonus, which is sometimes the case for many companies.

 ### 13. Change your team culture!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly is a chassis for building team culture. Not only has it allowed leadership (supervisors, quality assurance, training team) to reward the employees, it has promoted cross Kudos among the team with folks on the look out to give praise to each other for team work. It is tangible and visible and a powerful tool that has promoted comradery and a positive team culture. We have seen an increase in employee productivity and team work as a result.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I cannot think of anything that we dislike.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly makes good value add updates.

 ### 14. Bonusly Makes Employee Recognition Meaningful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumeet P.

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

The Slack integration is a big plus because it fits smoothly into our daily work, and seeing shout-outs publicly is always a nice morale booster. The rewards are practical too, which makes the points feel meaningful. Overall, Bonusly helps create a more positive and connected team environment.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

For larger teams, meaningful contributions can occasionally get overlooked since recognition depends heavily on peers noticing and taking action. While the platform is easy to use, having more customization in rewards or point distribution would make it even better.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly solves the problem of recognition being inconsistent or overlooked in day‑to‑day work. In many teams, good effort often goes unnoticed, especially when everyone is busy. Bonusly makes appreciation quick, visible, and easy, so recognition happens more regularly instead of being saved only for reviews or big milestones.

 ### 15. Great Reinforcer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley S.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I love how we can reward each other for the great work we see each other doing. Leadership can only do so much financially, so this a great way for our work to be seen and appreciated. I also love that we can get gift cards and not just stuff!

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Nothing! I love it! There is nothing I would change!

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have only been at the company since February, but already have over 1300 points, and feel easy more appreciated by coworkers and leadership than I ever did at my old job.

 ### 16. Engagement Booster

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana Lucia V. | People & Culture Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Very simple user experience not only for the ICs but for admins. The customer support is super fast and helpful. The Axomo integration is great and the rewards too!

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I think it could be used as a more powerful tool for not only recognition, bt for more, but i dont know how to do so because it's not targeted to use

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagement between teams all around the world, it helps us boos the morale and promote team work and employee recognition not only within their tema sbut on a bigger scale

 ### 17. The Impact of Bonusly on Engagement and Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jorge Luis M. | Accounting Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

What I like most about Bonusly is how it turns recognition into a daily habit rather than a formal process. It makes appreciation visible, reinforces company values, and strengthens collaboration across teams. I also like that it connects recognition with real rewards, which increases engagement and motivation in a meaningful way.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

While Bonusly is a great tool for recognition, its impact depends on consistent participation and thoughtful use. At times, recognition may become repetitive or concentrated among certain groups. With stronger guidelines and broader engagement, the platform could be even more effective.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly addresses the lack of consistent recognition and feedback. It benefits me by making appreciation more visible, improving team morale, and reinforcing positive behaviors.

 ### 18. Amazing product to get engage employees between them and recognized work.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like how easy it is to recognize coworkers when they do a good job or help out. It’s a nice way to show appreciation and it helps keep everyone motivated. I also like that you can earn rewards from the recognition you receive.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

To be honest, I don't dislike something about Bonusly.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to recognize people for their work and contributions, especially when you don't always get a chance to do it directly. It helps create a more positive work environment and makes people feel appreciated.

 ### 19. Awesome place to reward others

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison H.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It really encourages others to go above and beyond to maybe earn a little extra coin from others, while also making it a fun space to compliment and see each others accomplishments.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I really have nothing bad to say, i do wish maybe it could have some prompts to give ides when trying to give praise to peers or higher ups which can be intimidating.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a team effort, which then creates binds between departments because you can praise each other with money, which come on who doesn't love that.

 ### 20. The Best Employee Engagement Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I really like Bonusly because it incentivizes people to recognize each other and, at the same time, incentivizes people to help each other, it is the extra little push that comes nicely.

I enjoy bonusly because it is public all recognitions and that translate into something on real life with the Gift Cards available

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I don't like that we must have a minimum amount of Bonusly Points to convert into a Gift Card, but I understand it is necessary, and the currency of the Prepaid Card is USD, so sometimes, if I use it in a store I need to pay extra fees because of the conversion to another currency. Maybe if I could select my own currency could be nice!

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teammates helping each other and earning money because of that.

 ### 21. Supervisor Usage of Bonusly with Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like Bonusly because it allows me to better show appreciation for my staff and the projects they work on with me. Sometimes a project can be unexpected or more than anticipated, and it is nice to have a way to show my gratitude in a way that my staff gets something in return.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

There is not anything that comes to mind that I dislike about Bonusly. My experience is always positive.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly allows me to show recognition for my teams hard work and celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries.

 ### 22. Great Platform for Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake E.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

The ease with which you can recognize team members and share accomplishments with others

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Hmm... I suppose if I HAVE to pick something, it's maybe that we as an organization don't utilize it more? There's really nothing that jumps out at me as a pain or headache or frustration when using Bonusly.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a platform to shout-out and reward team members that volunteer to help with organizational efforts such as being on video for our social media accounts, letting me share that I'm grateful for their help!

 ### 23. Bonusly is the greatest tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie B. | Senior Sales Engineer, Growth Products, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I love how easy it is to provide a nice thank you to colleagues for assisting with things and bringing transparency to their actions using Bonsuly. It is a tool that my team uses daily and we love it!

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I really haven't found any negatives with Bonusly. It provides great incentives inside our organization and allows you to take your points and choose whatever rewards fit your needs, whether it be gift cards or Paypal cash.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly is allowing our organization to incentivize and reward each other internally for a job well done, and it really does bring a high level of transparency for individuals who are always going above and beyond to be a dream team!

 ### 24. A Simple and Powerful Tool for Team Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tri T. | Associate Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly makes peer-to-peer recognition incredibly simple and engaging. It's a fantastic way to boost team morale by allowing everyone to instantly celebrate wins and thank colleagues for their help. Seeing the positive feedback flow in real-time is genuinely uplifting, and the wide range of reward options is a great incentive.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. If I had to be picky, I sometimes wish the monthly point allowance was a bit more flexible or could roll over. Sometimes you have a quiet month and then a very busy one where you want to give more recognition, but your allowance is fixed.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly solves the key problem of employee recognition feeling like an afterthought. In fast-paced environments, small wins and helpful acts from colleagues often go unacknowledged, leading to low morale and a feeling of being disconnected.

 ### 25. Great for Team Appreciation but Needs Flexible Redemption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria T. | UX/UI Designer Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I think Bonusly is a really good tool for sharing in a team and showing some appreciation. It really solved the problem of appreciation and helps us work together more. The shared words feature is great too, as we can create awards inside the company and everyone can leave comments and choose who was the best.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I can't redeem some specific amount. I have to make some specific bonus points. Like, if I cannot redeem 300 bonuses, I have to wait until I got like 500 before I can redeem.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonusly to share appreciation in a team, which helps us work together better. It solved the problem of lack of appreciation. The shared rewards feature is great for creating awards and engaging the whole company.

 ### 26. Engaging Team Recognition with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mostafa s. | Senior Network Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I really like Bonusly for the public shout outs and how you can add on to colleagues' existing shout outs to show extra support. The use of GIFs and emojis makes it fun, and I appreciate that the real cash out points aren't just numbers, allowing conversion to PayPal Cash or Amazon. Bonusly's seamless integration with tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams is fantastic, as it allows me to give points directly without leaving my workflow. I also find it convenient that you get points instantly, which offers immediate gratification. It's designed to work where you already are, integrating easily with communication platforms like Slack and Microsoft, and connects with a wide array of apps for a unified experience. Setup is generally very easy, taking about fifteen to thirty minutes with fast integration, syncing automatically with tools like Workday. It even comes with premade templates featuring preset company values and hashtags, so I don't have to create them from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Honestly, limited regional rewards. Users in Egypt or outside the United States often have fewer gift card options compared to the United States teams. Mandatory hashtags, being forced to link everything you do to corporate value, can feel repetitive or falsehood. No point to rollover your monthly allowance gets points expired if you don't use them by the end of the month. Popularity-based as social, employees often get more shoutouts and quite technical experts doing critical background work basic. Finding a specific old shoutout from months ago can be difficult due to limited filtering tools.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly makes technical wins visible to the whole company, offers peer recognition, instant rewards, connects departments, and fosters virtual engagement for remote teams.

 ### 27. Empowers Staff with Personalized Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like Bonusly because it allows everyone to see the messages sent to staff, which is a great way of recognizing achievements. I also enjoy how much you can personalize shoutouts so everyone can show their personality when giving recognition. The points system is awesome, offering various ways to use them, making it meaningful for everyone. Additionally, I appreciate that shoutout notifications are received via Slack, so everyone gets to see and contribute to celebrating great work.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I can't think of anything that needs to be improved. Maybe just updated emojis?

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly motivates staff, provides an easy way to praise and shout out promotions, and personalize shoutouts. It sends messages to everyone and offers various ways to use points, making it meaningful for everyone. Notifications via Slack let everyone see and add to the great work.

 ### 28. it throws AI in your face and i dont appreciate it.

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

i appreciate being able to tell my coworkers how well they have helped or maintained the environment we work in.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

i dont appreciate the fact there is a LOT of AI in bonusly, i don't need help to write a compliment to my coworker if they have done something note worthy. and the requirements that it gives us is quite annoying to me.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its not really solving anything other than giving the people the opportunity to appreciate each other which should be more of a manager job.

 ### 29. Enjoyable engagement tool for distributed teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Virginia N.

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

We use Bonusly across our team, and it’s become one of those tool that moves beyond its purpose to shape our culture.

It turns recognition into something visible and ongoing. It gives everyone a simple, public way to acknowledge wins which reinforces the behaviors you actually want to see more of. It's created a currency of appreciation and celebration within the team.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

It can feel a little bad if you haven't gifted your points out each month since it's like wasted currency (use it or lose it).

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's given us a way to make recognition personal and, importantly, consistent. And the rewards system strikes a great balance: points translate into real monetary value, but you can also choose to support causes, which adds a meaningful layer beyond just perks.

 ### 30. Dynamic Incentives and Easy Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorena C. | Artista, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like that Bonusly allows us to incentivize, thank, and interact in a dynamic and fun way with our teams. I use Bonusly especially to give incentives to Customer Support agents when they have excellent results in their quality evaluations and to thank my colleagues or superiors when something relevant happens. I also like that Bonusly provides us with a space to incentivize the team and to interact among ourselves. The system for giving points is a feature that I value and find useful. Additionally, the initial setup of Bonusly was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Everything seems very good to me

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonusly to give incentives to Customer Support agents and to thank colleagues or superiors, which provides a space to incentivize and interact in a dynamic and fun way with the team.

 ### 31. Easy to Use Employee Rewards with Flexible Cash-Out Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ed S. | VP OF INFORMATION SECURITY/IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Ease of use !! Give reward to Employees and easy to cash out for many options.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

truly there is nothing tat I don't like about it.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great way to give Kudos to peers for big tasks/assignments to helping you out in a jam with a customer!!

 ### 32. Very quality app with multiple team building aspects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

My favorite part of Bonusly is both the team building aspect of the platform as well as the extensive GIF library included in the application.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

The only dislike I have of the platform is that the design is rather basic

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly is helping solve the problem of not being able to properly thank my coworkers. If they do something helpful, I'm able to repay them in a more real way then just saying thank you. Bonusly helps me give my coworkers something material for their assistance.

 ### 33. A former and current user and still loving it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It get's people excited to identify those who are doing great work and performing well.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Nothing! Incentives are great! I have not found anything I don't like at this point in time. Easy tool to use!

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When companies don't have a tool in place that allows folks to easily identify and recognize their coworkers for doing great work and hitting a goal, no one gets called out for these things. Bonusly fixes that and makes it easy and fun to celebrate each other and our achievements.

 ### 34. Bonusly helps to create a positive and grateful environment at work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

The best part about Bonusly is how easy it is to use. Very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

The hashtag options are too limited. It would be nice to either have a larger selection or be able to enter your own. However, we all know someone will abuse that option.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps the folks in the organization connected and looking out for how everyone can help each other. This benefits me in that I am more aware of what others do in our organization to give praise later.

 ### 35. Great tool to encourage collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly makes it easy to thank team members and show your appreciation in a way that has meaningful benefits to the recipient

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Sometimes it can get a little noisy with notifications about work anniversaries, birthdays and other notifications. Those are helpful at times but not always.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly does a great job at democratizing employee recognition. I have been at other organizations that tried to build similar systems in house and they never came to fruition. Bonsuly makes it much easier to get up and running.

 ### 36. Easy Setup, Inspires Gratitude but Needs More Points

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jermaine S. | case manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I appreciate how Bonusly effectively facilitates the expression of gratitude within our team and aids in recognizing colleagues for their achievements. This feature helps to nurture a culture of appreciation and acknowledgment, which is crucial in maintaining a positive work environment. By enabling us to input gratitude readily, it offers profound insights into where our colleagues are excelling and highlights their growth in strengths and transitions. The process of acknowledging achievements also aids in team engagement without the barriers of nervousness, making communication more fluid and genuine. Moreover, the ease of setup is remarkable, making it very accessible and straightforward to implement in our work processes.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I don't like the allotment of points in Bonusly. Sometimes I wish I had more points to give to my colleagues.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonusly to enhance communication, with icebreakers reducing nerves, while fostering gratitude and insight into colleagues' growth and achievements.

 ### 37. Bonusly is Great for Peer-to-Peer Comradery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleia G. | Scheduling Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly is still a really great way to honor those you work with. I work remotely, and cannot bring gifts to my coworkers, so I love that I can send points to them that allows them to purchase whatever they like and/or need.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I still would like the option to cash out with a smaller amount of points.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonusly all the time. It comes in handy in a pinch for treating my family to a night of ordering out, groceries, and other items we may need.

 ### 38. Empowers Teams with Rewarding Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like the variety of prizes Bonusly offers, like different restaurant gift cards and donation options. It provides a good assortment of ways to redeem points that can fit everyone on the team. Also, the initial setup was very easy, only taking a couple of minutes.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Sometimes redemptions would lag and not everybody would be able to redeem when we needed to redeem by, causing people to miss rewards. Also, the cost not always equaling the amount of points that we have to redeem the cash because there were extra fees associated with converting to some of the prizes.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly helps give equal recognition and rewards to all team members, using points to foster camaraderie and motivation for better performance each month.

 ### 39. Measuring Employee Engagement has Never Been Easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Instead of recognition being a top-down, once-a-year thing, it becomes part of everyday culture. The peer-to-peer aspect is especially strong; people don’t have to wait for a manager to notice their work. That creates a more immediate, authentic kind of appreciation.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

It's internal, but there’s the risk of uneven participation. The people who are already engaged and visible tend to give and receive the most recognition, while quieter or behind-the-scenes employees can get overlooked. Without active management, it can unintentionally reinforce existing visibility gaps.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its core, it fixes the problem of infrequent, top-down recognition. In a lot of organizations, feedback only happens during reviews or when something goes wrong. Bonusly flips that by making recognition immediate and peer-driven, which helps good work get acknowledged in real time.

 ### 40. Easy to spread the positivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer S.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like that Bonusly makes it easy and fun for our staff to give meaningful appreciation to their co-workers.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

We did not have a positive experience with linking to our HRIS, and found that some information was missed on some staff which created a less than ideal impact. We find it easier for a user of our size to manually add/remove users.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly is helping connect our staff among 12 locations across the entire state in a way that is simple, fun, and meaningful.

 ### 41. Fun Way to Recognize Coworkers, But Points Run Out Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Codey S. | Sales Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I appreciate how it offers an enjoyable way to recognize coworkers for any reason!

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

The only thing I don't like is that I never seem to have enough points to give away—I run out so quickly!

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly provides an enjoyable way for me to express my appreciation for my coworkers.

 ### 42. It's a great internal incentive. I wish there were more ways to "earn" bonusly points internally.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fayanne S.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It really fosters a sense of "togetherness" with the team. Every month I realize how many people I worked with and learned from.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I wish points would carry over per month. I don't always get a chance to distribute in a timely manner, and sometimes for big projects I would like to give more points to the team members I've worked with, for which I then don't have enough.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning who to tag when trying to solve a problem outside of my team's scope.

 ### 43. Great modern way to show employee apprecation!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It's a quick and easy way to show appreciation for colleagues, and for everyone to see what others have helped you with. I especially love the Rewards store... there are soo many incredible options to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

It's easy sometimes to forget about your monthly balance, and lose points to give out.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A quick and simple way to show our organization how we're helping each other internally. This helps others feel appreciated, and it can be done in as little as a minute.

 ### 44. Great way to appreciate your colleague!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

How it's not just appreciation but there are real points behind it that can be converted to things that they can actually use to get the person rewarded like they are supposed to be have been.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

The UI can be improved. The GIFs feel a little awkwardly big for me, but other than that I think it's simply perfect for now.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me make my appreciation visible with the team. So the appreciated one gets the recognition, and the reward they deserve.

 ### 45. Bonus Gift Cards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica Y.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like that you can write a message and the GIF selections are great!! I also love that on a bad day I can read the messages people sent me for a mood boost.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I cannot think of downsides to using Bonusly. It is fun and easy to use.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a fun and easy way to reward people on the team and recognize them for the work they do while allowing them to choose what they ultimately want that reward to be.

 ### 46. good

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like that Bonusly makes it easy to recognize and appreciate my teammates' contributions. It encourages a positive work culture and helps everyone feel more connected.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

The monthly bonus budget feels a bit limited, so sometimes it's difficult to recognize everyone who deserves it. It would also be great to have more reward options.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The monthly bonus budget feels a bit limited, so sometimes it's difficult to recognize everyone who deserves it. It would also be great to have more reward options.

 ### 47. Great tool for org level cheers and points award and redeem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avineet A. | Senior Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It's easily integrated into the google chat as an app and can see all progress on receiver, reason and giver. Easy to simply award to new assocaites in the org or just add-on via the Bonusly app. Can redeem from a large choice of multiple vendors. Easy to use and hence increased frequency.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Bonusly while integrates well, it's own UI is little cluttered and can benefit from simplification. Although it is easy to award people but sometimes is confusing while selecting the person.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping solve employee engagement and recognition with ease. Simple to use and send recognition as it integrates well with Google workspace, esp., google chat.

 ### 48. Essential for Positive Workplace Culture

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy K. | Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like how you can monetize shout outs rather than them being meaningless. People can actually buy things with doing good work. I think my workmates appreciate the fact they can treat themselves for working hard by buying things. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I think it would be good to have a leaderboard for companies and then incentives for the people at the top. So people that had most shout outs could perhaps get an extra voucher at the end of the month.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonusly to recognize team members and boost morale. It's great because team members can redeem shout outs for actual rewards, making appreciation meaningful and promoting a positive workplace culture.

 ### 49. So easy to reward great work across the whole org

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzanne T.

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly is so easy to use. I really like being able to add on to other people's recognition posts. I also like seeing the balance available each month. The redemption list is massive and always right for the person to pick their own reward.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

There are no downsides to Bonusly that I can see.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition for everyone who is contributing to our successful events, deserve it! This is a simple and gracious way to thank everyone for their dedication.

 ### 50. Love bonusly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I wish I got more points to spend each month

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love using bonusly as a way to tell my coworkers I appreciate their help and working with them. I also feel appreciated when I receive bonusly from others and find it very easy to use
