I've been asking for a long time that the recurring donors that show up in the software are captured outside of people who give within the system. So there's people that give directly through the Network for Good platform that we have. And those are the only ones that are captured as recurring donors, but we also add in gifts that people send via check and ACH into it. In the event space of the software, on the user's end, it was not super user friendly. We had some feedback from people who came to our event that said that the logging in and registration process was confusing. I think that on the user end, people purchasing tickets and bidding on silent auction items, that experience could be improved to be a little bit more user friendly, especially for older folks who don't typically use that type of stuff. I'm not always happy with the way the features for pulling stats and understanding lapsed donors work. These features are not very easy or user-friendly to get out of Bonterra Network for Good.
