The CRM/Database software is extremely user-friendly. Great design and great features. The customer support has been excellent as well. I would like Bonterra to add additional stanfard fundraising measurements to the dashboard. We would like to have quick reports that measure the three (3) donor types: Retained, New and Re-activated. ALL donors fall into one of these three categories. Currently I have to to run two filter reports to calculate retained and new donors. Without this system, our fundraising would suffer. Bonterra also provides a customizable online giving page. Donations and donor information are directly entered into the database. To me the tool seems user friendly and intuitive. I have no qualms with Network for Good, despite having heard feedback from others that it is not their favorite. I have compared Network for Good to other leading CRM's and found that it does the same as the others. For now, i'll be sticking with NFG. It's intuitive and shows me everything I need to know in one place. I was also very pleased with the simple onboarding and coaching I received from their team. What do you dislike about Bonterra Network for Good? There customer service doesn't have a phone number, they want you to use a chat feature which doesn't work well with my internet browser. They can't refund a donation quickly if someone gave by mistake even though I notified them within hours of it happening. There is no good method for tracking grants received with this software. The ease of implementation was also impressive. From initial setup to full integration with our existing processes, the onboarding experience was smooth and well-supported. We were up and running quickly, without the typical headaches of adopting new software. What sets this platform apart is the exceptional customer service. Their support team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. While we appreciate the overall functionality of the donor management system, we’d like to see improvement in the filter options for searching and reporting on donors. Currently, the available filters are somewhat limited, which makes it challenging to generate more specific or customized reports. Applying more advanced or multi-layered filters would greatly enhance our ability to analyze donor data, segment our communications, and track engagement more effectively. Our small nonprofit was struggling to manage our donors, donations and engagement trying to cobble together a web of support with various options. We moved to Network for Good to consolidate our information and tactics for optimum reach and engagement. Having all of the information in one place (contact info, giving info, interactions, click rate, etc) has been immensely helpful to our small staff wearing many, many hats. Organized groups allow us to target communications and not send massive scattershot emails.
