Ease of creating events and adding shifts. Very good layout and easy to use. Very helpful in increasing volunteer ladder of engagement and setting up new events as well as reaching out to all people signing up for an event or shift at once with necessary follow ups and information. Another thing I really like is the automatic reminders and confirmation emails, as well as the follow up sent after the shift to see how they felt about the experience. The lack of greater user control of its integration with Votebuilder and better manage the individual shift sign ups of volunteers beyond just cancelling or confirming. The automation of MobilizeAmerica. Before MobilizeAmerica, we had staff dedicated to chasing down events from campaigns, county parties, and other partners. Now, we click one button when they create their account and their events are promoted forever. No more calls or digging around on the internet for hours. It has freed up our team to focus on organizing.

Big highlights for us are (1) Data syncs immediately with VAN. (2) Allows us to cross-promote events as part of our nationwide network of campaigns and progressive organizations. (3) Our volunteers receive text message and email reminders about your events to increase attendance. (4) Distributed organizing is when volunteers and activists plan and facilitate events in more than one location, or are allowed to host their own event across different locations for a single day of action, campaign and/or county party event.

One last thing I love, the ability for us to offer MobilizeAmerica to all campaigns and county parties in Texas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MobilizeAmerica could have better search features on the back and front ends. Searching for events has been hard during coronavirus and getting people to set the events up correctly on our end for virtual events. Also the search for accounts to promote, we are in Texas and only want to promote Texas-based accounts. Right now, we have to do a very weird work around to find new accounts to promote.

I would like the ability to add our ActBlue ticketed fundraisers to MobilizeAmerica. Right now, we have a hybrid system to promote them and I think if we could get fundraisers added to MobilizeAmerica it would help a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mobilize allows our organization to easily recruit volunteers for virtual and in-person action events and allows us to easily sync the data with our other platforms. Mobilize's event scheduling tool has become a mainstay in our efforts and lets us easily schedule, recruit and confirm volunteers.
