I wish you could email federal targets even if they are out of the constituents' district--we work on regional issues. Easy to create new records, easy to create relationships, great for uploading docs, easy to create notes that I can go back to. In terms of competitors like Salesforce it is so much more intuitive. What I dislike about Every Action is how easy it is to create duplicates and then all of a sudden I have junk. I wish there was more of a quality control or clean up feature. Coming from a more linear database, it has been occasionally difficult for me in the transition. Other, younger members of my team have not had as big of an issue.
