One of the best things I have seen from DonorDrive is the ability to push changes from a template to the child events in less than a minute. In addition, you have the ability to control which events can have these changes from the template.

Customer Service is amazing! I work alot with Kristy and John and they are phenomenal to work with. Furthermore, if the issue is very complex, they do not mind setting up a call with you to discuss further.

The reports are amazing compared to what I previously used in the past, not only does it have canned reports but you can also create your reports as well.

Their knowledge base contains alot of useful documentation when using their product.

Whenever we create form that needs a few questions added, we need to log a support case with DD to have these fields added to the report. Takes one week to do.

Running reports on a Monday, can take a while. This has always been an issue ever since we got this platform.

For ticketed event, there is not a way we can hide a specific ticket type from the public and to be shared only with a few participants.
