What is most helpful about DonorDrive is its ease of use. DonorDrive is very easy to navigate and is friendly to users of all ages. For example, my grandmother who is not technology-friendly had a perfectly fine time using DonorDrive. The site is simple, yet has many behind the scenes features that only improve the use. I use DonorDrive often and it is the fundraising site Penn State uses for THON. The admin side of DonorDrive can be slightly confusing and difficult to navigate if you've never used it before. There are a lot of hoops to jump through to get to where you want to go. There are almost so many features that it gets confusing. If there were more straightforward ways to navigate the admin side, I would have no dislikes about the program.
