As an admin user, customization of the tool is limited to custom field usage instead of allowing individual customization of standard forms/areas separately. I'm in the early phases of understanding the system. the obvious tradeoff for this degree of complexity is it takes a while to understand. The only specific error I ran into is the support site requires login (nbd) but the links to specific help articles (appreciated) don't bypass the login page. so I have to separately access the support site and search for the help article after I know what it's called.
